I workout for body confidence and just being healthy. I’m taking care of my being. My job is very stressful which training helps keep me level headed. And with this random shit being said. I’m a very open and chilled person. I don’t let the testosterone get to me. So I know a few people get that idea. But it’s not at all like that.
